<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the thermal stress by supporting the combustion cylinder of a trap reproduction burner only by a mixture gas pipe penetrating the exhaust gas upper stream closed end wall part, by making the understream free end, and thereby refraining from restraint of the combustion cylinder which tends to make thermal expansion. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust gas flow-in hole 12a is provided in the peripheral wall of a combustion cylinder 12 of a trap reproduction burner 11, and a mixture gas passage 13 to lead a premixed gas of fuel and secondary air is penetrating the closed end wall part 12b on the upper stream side. This upper stream closed end wall part 12b is fixed to the outside wall of said mixture passage 13, which is in turn fixed to the case 14. Here the lower stream end 12c of the combustion cylinder is not fixed to the case 14, but left as a free end. When the burner 11 is in operation, the mixture gas flows reversely in the evaporation cylinder 15 to be introduced into the combustion cylinder 12 from a guide cylinder 16. At this time the combustion cylinder 12 is deformed because of thermal expansion, but deformation of its understream end 12c is not restrained because it is free end, so that no thermal stress will be generated.</p> |
