PURPOSE:To provide the titled lotion having excellent wave-forming and wave- retaining properties and giving little damage to the hair, by adding abietic acid or rosin, etc. to at least one of the first liquid containing thioglycolic acid salt or cysteine and the second liquid containing a bromic acid salt. CONSTITUTION:An excellent two-pack permanent wave lotion is obtained by adding >=0.1wt% (preferably 1-20wt%) of abietic acid or rosin or their salt (e.g. alkali metal salt, organic base salt, etc.) or derivative (e.g. ester, amide, etc.) to one or both of the first liquid containing thioglycolic acid salt or cysteine as a main component and the second liquid containing a bromic acid salt as a main component. In the case of the one-pack lotion, the treatment of the hair can be carried out only by applying the lotion to the hair and exposing to air. |
