PURPOSE:To obtain the titled film inexpensively by simple operation, by a method wherein a pressing roll on which a large number of annular recessed parts is formed at intervals in its axial direction is made to contact with a heated rotatable drum and the synthetic resin film to which tension is applied is inserted closely between them. CONSTITUTION:A large number of annular recessed parts 8 is formed on a heated rotatable drum 6 at intervals in its axial direction and a pressing roll 7 on which a contacting part 9 and a noncontacting part 8 are provided is made to touch with the drum 6. Then a thermoplastic synthetic resin film (example, polyvinyl chloride resin film) 2 to which tension is applied is inserted closely between the drum 6 and the pressing roll 7, the film 2 is heated by this contacting part 9, and after formation of a large number of creases 14 on this orientation heating part 13 in the direction crossing to an orientation direction of the film 2, an orientation heating film 2a is made to cool by leaving it on a belt conveyor 12 as it is. |
