PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device capable of molding panels, whose sizes of standing pieces are different from each other, by one die without necessitating manufacture and preparation of various kinds of molding dies separately, by providing a movable molding die frame on a molding surface of the standing piece of a molding die of the panel under a state capable of making a tilting and up-and-down motions. CONSTITUTION:A movable molding frame D of a flange is provided on a molding surface C of a standing piece of a molding die A of a panel under a state capable of making a tilting and up-and-down motions, and the movable die frame D is fixed to a position corresponding to the upper part of a standing piece 102 of a floor panel 100 to be molded through a supporting device F. As a gelcoate layer 200, a first FRP layer 201, a urethane slab layer 202 and a second FRP layer 203 are formed in order on a flange molding surface E, a bottom plate molding surface B and standing piece molding surface C by a hand lay-up method and the molding die is released after curing, the floor panel 100 having the standing piece 102 whose height is desirable and a flange piece 104 is tllted on the top of the standing piece 102 is obtained. |
