PURPOSE:To simplify mechanical constitution as much as possible and to improve detecting capability, by providing a rotary shaft, which attaches and fixes a material to be measured, and providing the first detector, which detects the rotary angle of the rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 2 is rotatably attached to a part of a main body having a box type structure in the vertical direction. A pulse motor 6 and a rotary encoder 7 are coupled to the lower part of the other end of the rotary shaft 2 through couplings. The rotary angle of the pulse motor 6 is controlled by instruction pulses based on a preset program through a computer 20, an interface 21, and an amplifier 23. The detected signal is fed back to the computer 20 by the pulse generator 7, which is the first detector. Thus, the mechanical constitution is simplified as much as possible, and the detecting accuracy can be improved. |
