PURPOSE:To protect an incorporated magnetic tape and at the same time to facilitate easy attachment of an energizing means by energizing with sliding a shielding plate by the energizing means and also forming a supporting surface for energizing means to the inner side of an inserting slot for energizing means. CONSTITUTION:When a shielding plate 18 is energized by a twist coil spring 31, each opening part of a cassette main body 1 is set asymmetrical to each window hole of the plate 18. The connecting part between the window holes is set opposite to each opening part to cut off a magnetic tape. When the plate 18 is pressed toward an arrow (a) against the spring 13, each opening part of the cassette main body 1 is opened for insertion of a magnetic head, etc. The spring 31 is inserted through a slot 29 and held by a supporting surface 15 to function as an energizing means. In such a constitution, an incorporated magnetic tape is protected and the attachment of the energizing means is also facilitated. |
