PURPOSE:To forecast the occurrence of dew condensation, by measuring and storing temperature and relative humidity, which change with time, computing the maximum imaginary humidity based on saturated steam pressures corresponding to the lowest temperature during the specified time in the past and the present temperatures by using a specified expression, and comparing the result with a preset value. CONSTITUTION:A measuring and memory circuit 12 stores the measured values of temperature (t), relative humidity H, and the lowest temperature tmin during the specified time in the past. The values are inputted to an operating circuit 14. The operating circuit 14 computes the maximum imaginary humidity Hmax= H.Ps/Psmin, where Ps and Psmin are saturated steam pressures corresponding to the temperatures (t) and tmin, respectively. The output Hmax is compared with a preset value (e.g. 100%) from a preset circuit 16. When the preset value is exceeded, a dew-condensation forcast signal S is sent to a warning device 20, and the warning is generated. |
