PURPOSE:To make sure that an overshoot is prevented, by controlling the rate of change of computed value by PID operation at the time when an extremely large slip error is produced. CONSTITUTION:The PID operational means (e) is connected with rate of change of computed value controlling means for controlling the rate of change of a computed value in the PID operation at the time when an extremely large slip error is produced. It is thereby prevented for the PID computed value to become the value correponding to the desired slip value when the torque converter slip value is yet largely apart from the desired slip value due to a time lag between the control system and the drive system. Therefore, an overshoot is surely prevented. |
