PURPOSE:To obtain a molding die, which enables to mold plastic, ceramic, metallic material or the like while preventing molding sinks and voids and the like from developing by a structure wherein an axially movable pin is arranged at at least one position on the inside surface and elastic body is also arranged behind the pin. CONSTITUTION:A core pin 6 is arranged at a position, through which the pin 6 pushes the thic-walled part 16 of a molded product 3 in a molding die consisting, for example, of a stationary mold 1 and a movable die 2. A gap 9 and an elastic body 7 such as a spring or the like in the pre-compressed state are provided at the rear of said core pin 6 so as to make the movable distance of the core pin 6 of 0.05-0.5mm. in order to obtain the aimed die by fixing to a backing plate 17. When resin is charged in the die, the core pin is shifted by the gap by means of the pressure of the charged resin. When the solidification of the resin starts, the pressure applied by a molding machine fails to satisfactorily transmit the resin. In addition, when the contraction of the molded product due to cooling starts, the pushing-up force of the core pin exceeds the pressure of the resin, resulting in keeping the pressure of the resin constant due to the pushing-up pressure of the core pin. |
