The inhibitor system may comprise a material which sets or hardens in contact with the sample, a substance capable of producing heat on contact with the sample or a poison for the reactant system, and all or part of the inhibitor system may be encapsulated in watersoluble or water-rupturable capsules. Examples relate to compositions for determination of glucose, aceto acetic acid urobilinogen and occult blood in urine.</p> |
