PURPOSE:To improve the oxidization-resistant property by connecting a heat generating body of a ceramic heater disposed at an end of attaching hardware and a resister body made of Fe wire disposed in a hollow of the attaching hardware in series, the Fe wire being applied with Ni plating or Cr plating on its surface. CONSTITUTION:One end 2b of a heat generating body 2 is attached to a metal cap 5 disposed at the rear end of a ceramic heater 1 by brazing, and is connected to a coiled resistor body 7 through a lead wire 6 welded to the cap 5. W and Mo are used for the wire element of the heat generating body 2, and Fe wire for the resistor body 7, their surfaces being applied with Ni plating or Cr plating 7a. In this manner, the oxidization-resistant property and durability are improved. |
