PURPOSE:To attain magnetization of a magnetic erasing head and detection of the magnetizing state with a series of works by measuring the magnetic flux of the magnetic easing head after a jig for magnetization is pressed into contact with the magnetic erasing head so as to magnetize the head. CONSTITUTION:A concaved curved face 6a of the jig 6 for magnetization to which a Hall element 7 is imbedded is pressed into contact with a magnet part 11 of the magnetic erasing head 10 of saturation erasing type. A pulse current flows to a coil 13 wound on the jig 6 for magnetization and a magnet part 11 of the magnetic erasing head 10 is magnetized, then a magnetic flux 14 is produced from the magnet part 11. After the power supply for a pulse magnetizer 12 is disconnected, the Hall electromotive force produced in the Hall element 7 is measured by measuring the magnetic flux 14 of the magnet part 14 by means of a gauss meter 8. Since the Hall electromotive force is proportional to the magnetic flux density, the intensity of the magnetic field of the magnetized magnet part 11 is confirmed easily. |
