MAGNETIZATION YOKE ATTACHMENT AND DETACHMENT DEVICE

PURPOSE:To automate attachment and detachment of a magnetization yoke and improve its magnetization accuracy by dividing a ring on which the yoke is mounted into two and providing a rotary shaft that connects a semi-circular ring at one ring so as to freely rotate and an elastic body such as a spring at a connection section. CONSTITUTION:A magnetization yoke has a conductor section for magnetization on its periphery and a stopper pin 18 pressed in a shaft 17 has a long hole that can slide in the axial direction in the yoke 16. One end of the shaft 17 is inserted in a yoke mounting ring 19 and is fixed by a knock pin 20. The magnetization yoke 16 receives the force that advances to the center by a compression spring 21 that generates repulsion force. The yoke mounting ring 19 can be opened up to the range where a CRT neck section cannot be made to touch it by lifting upward links 26 and 27 centered around a rotary shaft 25 using a connecting block 30 connected to the shaft 29 of an air cylinder 28 after magnetization.
