摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a stable original stopping position with the minimum mechanical stress, by controlling the moving speed of an original to have a reduced value in accordance with the moving position of the original. CONSTITUTION:A crystal oscillator 701 generates a signal for a reference frequency for making PLL control and a reference frequency fs is produced by dividing 702 the signal. The signal is sent to a slave CPU Q102 and an original moving motor 705 is rotated at a constant speed together with an optical rotary encoder 706 under a PLL-controlled condition by means of a set value from the outside through a driving circuit 704. Then comparison 710 of output phases of counted values of counters 708 and 709 is performed and the deceleration ratio of an original is calculated and sent to the driving circuit 704, and then, deceleration commands are actuated for several times. Thus the motor is decelerated and the original is stopped.
