<p>PURPOSE:To enable physical dust collection in combination with electrostatic dust collection by providing in the filter part an electrostatic dielectric body and a filter body isolated from the electrostatic dielectric body, and providing a filtration member to the filter body and a wire-shaped electrifiable member planted to the filtration member. CONSTITUTION:An external frame 1 having a suction port 11 and an exhaust port 12 for air, a means 2 for flowing air in the frame 1, and a filter part 4 provided in the frame 1 for filtering the air, are provided to a dust collecting apparatus. An electrostatic dielectric body 41 provided vertically to the direction of the flow of the air in the frame 1, and a filter body 42 provided behind the dielectric body 41 along the direction of the air flow and apart a specified distance from the dielectric body, are provided to the filter part 4. Filtration members 421 arranged vertically to the direction of the air flow collecting contaminant particles contained in the air with many pores, and many wire-shaped electrifiable members 422 planted in the member 421 to direct toward the dielectric body 41, constitute the filter body 42. Then, a static electric field is generated between the dielectric body 41 and the electrifiable member, and contaminant particles are collected by attraction to the electrifiable member.</p> |
