PURPOSE:To attach/detach a sample easily and to prevent the sample from damages by holding the sample put between a base plate and a movable plate by a spring. CONSTITUTION:The movable plate 16 provided with a small projection 17 and a rotary shaft 18 is set up on the base plate 11 provided with a small projection 12, a bearing 13 and a screw hole 14 for fixing the base plate 11 on a measuring board so that the rotary shaft 18 of the movable plate 16 is made to coincide with the bearing 13 of the base plate 11. A compressed coil spring 22 put between two washers 21 is inserted into a screw 20 and is fixed in the screw hole through a hole 19 of the movable plate 16. Consequently, the point of the small projection 12 is allowed to contact with the point of the small projection 17 by the force of the compressed coil spring 22 under the state that external force is not applied, so that the sample, a thin plate 23, can be held by putting the thin plate 23 between the two projections. |
