PURPOSE:To load the titled lens exactly at a fixed position by a method wherein an outside pipe to blow hot air is installed to a vacuum adsorption device, and then adhesive is solidified by the hot air in the state of adsorption of the lens. CONSTITUTION:The adhesive 5 is solidified by the feed of the hot wind 23 to the space of the outside tube 22 by means of a collet 20 consisting of a double tube of the inside tube 21 and the outside one 22 in the state of adsorption of the lens 1 by vacuum drawing in the direction of the arrow (a). Thereafter, the vaccum drawing is stopped, the lens then being moved to the upper part of the collet 20. the hot air 23 is converted into cold air, which then cools the tip of the collet, leading to preparation for the next setting. |
