PURPOSE:To reduce the number of the core of a cable between a computer and its input-output device by constituting them in such a way that numerous digital data are divided into plural data groups and inputted at a time division. CONSTITUTION:Numerous digital data are divided into plural data groups 10-1- 10-n and inputted into the data group selector 13 and state change of data group detecting circuit 15 of an input-output device 15. When, for example, a change occurs only in an optional data group 10-i, the detecting circuit 15 detects the change and sends out the information 14 to a computer 40 through a transmission cable 9-3. At the computer 40, the information is outputted to a bus line 21 and a CPU1 is made to read the information 14. Thereafter, a group select signal is sent out to the input-output device 50 through a transmission cable 9-3 and the data of the changed digital data group 10-i are selected and outputted to the computer 40. The computer 40 reads the data of the changed digital data group 10-i. |
