The device for processing signals made up by luminance pulses shifted in time relative to clocking signals comprises a ramp generator 32 triggered in response to the clocking signals. It also includes a circuit 28 for detecting the luminance pulses and for controlling a sampler 30 connected to the output of the ramp generator, and means for storing samples.
