The invention relates to a device making it possible to obtain tuning not subject to deficiencies in hearing. It consists of a slotted wheel 6 having a stroboscopic effect, whose speed is obtained using a motor 8 with fixed speed multiplied by the ratio of a pair of gears 2 selected for the note. Twelve pairs of gears define one octave, the successive octaves being tuned with stroboscopic wheels 6 including a number of slots which is a multiple of 2.
