This installation is applicable to containers in the form of cylindrical bags with a filling valve 7a and lifting handles 10. On the one hand, it comprises a frame 2 equipped with a rigid platform for receiving the container 7, means 9 for hooking up the handles 10 and vibration means 14 and, on the other hand, a stationary structure 3a-3b which, supporting the frame 2 with the interposition of means 24 absorbing the vibrations, is connected to this frame by means 16 capable of displacing it vertically between two positions, a filling position and a vibration position, respectively, without contact with the weighing table. <IMAGE>
