PURPOSE:To obtain an electric signal based upon a real variation component by separating a capacity component which is included in sensor capacity and does not react to displacement and stray capacity which is included in a negative load means constituting an astable oscillation circuit and erasing them independently of each other. CONSTITUTION:While an output terminal Qn of a counter CT is at a level H, negative feedback to the input terminal of a buffer gate G1 is provided through a NAND gate G3 and sensor capacity C1. While the output terminal Qn of the counter CT is at a level L, negative feedback to the input terminal of the buffer gate G1 through sensor capacity C2 and positive feedback through a NAND gate G5 and a capacitor C3 are provided. In this case, the capacity component which is included in the sensor capacity C1 and sensor capacity C2 and does not react to displacement and the stray capacity Cs which is included in the negative feedback means constituting an astable oscillation circuit are separated and erased mutually, so the capacity component which does not react to variation in the stray capacity Cs though the capacity varies is erased securely.
