<p>The wire-netting is intended to indicate a break-in and to be used in the production of an alarm. The wire-netting is formed from undulating wires with warp (1, 2) and weft (3, 4, 5) interlaced so as to produce a mesh. Distinctively, at least one wire of the warp (2) is a signalling wire and at least one wire of the weft (3) is a signalling wire extending continuously over the whole length of the wire-netting, producing a pattern of looped lines, periodic in form. Between the sections of weft (31), there are loops (32, 33) situated alternately near the longitudinal edges of the wire-netting so as to form, with the said signalling wire of the warp (2), a signalling mesh.
