PURPOSE:To prevent powder toner from flying in the contact region between spacer members donor drum by disposing the engaging pieces which engage in the torus grooves provided to the donor drum and delineate labyrinths between them to a recording electrode 2. CONSTITUTION:A recording electrode 2 is fixing and carrying roller brackets 26 at its both ends, these roller brackets 26 rotatably carrying rollers 28 by means of respective shafts 27. Said roller brackets 26 assume cup-form covering the rollers 28 and their skirt parts 26' on the effective image forming region 1b side engage in the torus grooves 1a of a donor drum 1 by leaving a small spacing, thus delineating labyrinths 29 between them and the turus grooves 1a. Hence, the roller brackets 26 and labyrinths 29 are able to prevent the toner in the effective image forming regsion 1b of the donor bracket 1 from flying to the contact region between the rollers 28 and the guide face 1c of the donor bracket 1. |
