Solid medicament formulations containing nifedipine and processes for their preparation The invention is directed to the provision of solid pharmaceutical compositions (and methods for their preparation) containing nifedipine crystals with a specific surface area of 0.5 to 6 m.2/g., in admixture with a solid diluent. The said compositions overcome the deficiencies of prior art compositions containing which is known to have effect as a coronary vasodilator.
