PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the small-sized processor at a low cost by adding a speech signal outputted by a converting means to a speech signal outputted by a delay means and then putting a sampling rate back. SOLUTION: A digital filter 21 samples the sampling rate of the speech signal outputting from an interval processor down to 1/2 and supplies it to a delay device 22 and an adding device 101. The delay device 22 delays the speech signal by a prescribed time and supplies it to the adding device 101. The adding device 101 adds the signals supplied from the digital filter 21 and the delay device 22 together and supplies the sum to a digital filter 23. Then the digital filter 23 doubles the sampling rate of the speech signal supplied from the adding device 101 and puts it back to the original sampling rate and outputs the speech signal. In this case, there is no influence on frequency characteristics even when the adding device 101 is inserted in front of the digital filter 23 and the reverberation effect is obtained. |
