The pull element is formed with a constriction and the coupling element with a corresponding cavity. The pull element may be inserted unobstructedly and subsequently be locked by moving a movable portion, e.g. in the form of a hinged portion, into a locking position in which, in combination with the cavity, it establishes releasable locking of the pull element.
