The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing capacitors in which two films 1, 2 of metallised plastic are coiled simultaneously, then the metallised plates of like parity are connected together by schooping the lateral flanks of the said capacitor. According to the invention, the operation for coiling the two films 1, 2 is carried out by creating a potential difference V2, V1 between the metallised surfaces of the latter so as to create an attraction between the said surfaces making it possible to reduce the films of air trapped during coiling. <IMAGE>
