The product is a mixture of bran and cocoa powder. The bran is in the form of a natural grinding of corn-grain shells (cases) which is incorporated into a paste obtained from toasted and ground cocoa kernels. The bran grinding has an average grain size of 200-600 microns. The product, which has the same taste as conventional chocolate, has an increased efficacy in terms of regulating passage through the intestine. |
