PURPOSE:To store a rack gear and to minimize the store space by securing engagement between a gear of the motive power side and a worm gear and at the same time winding an elastic rack gear around a follower gear provided to a dial drum. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary knob 15 is turned, a motive power gear 6 of a dial drum 4 which engages a worm gear 9 is rotated. A follower gear 5 of the drum 4 is unified with the gear 6 and therefore transmits the revolution produced from the gear directly to a rack gear 8. The middle of the gear 8 is guided slidably by a guide groove 11, and at the same time the gear 8 has engagement by a guide bar 16 and in response to the revolution of the drum 4. Otherwise the feed-out of the gear 8 is assured.
