PURPOSE:To increase the mass of an outer circumferential part and improve oscillation efficiency by folding outer edge part of a metallic diaphragm which forms a bimorph vibrator. CONSTITUTION:The outer edge part of the metallic diaphragm 8 is folded and the bimorph vibrator 10 is formed by sticking a piezoelectric vibrator 9 to the reverse surface of this diaphragm 8. Further, a conic resonator 11 is fixed on the top surface of the bimorph vibrator 10. Thus, the outer circumference of the diaphragm 8 is folded to increase the mass of the outer circumferential part, so the oscillation amplitude is increased. Further, the outer circumference of the diaphragm 8 is folded, so higher harmonic components of oscillation due to flash are removed. Thus, the oscillation efficiency is improved.
