PURPOSE:To display character and pattern as a telop in a color which is invariably different from the background color of the telop circumferential part by changing the display color of the telop according to the backgroud color. CONSTITUTION:A background color discriminate circuit 8 discriminates on the display color of a telop part A displayed on a CRT3 and the background color of its circumferential part B. Then, when it is discriminated that the display color of the telop part A and the background color of the circumferential part B are of the same system, a superposition color signal converting circuit 9 converts the display color of the telop part A automatically. Thus, characters and patterns displayed as a telop are displayed in a color different from the background color all the time. |
