PURPOSE:To voice the use of a switch when a necessary function is switched by reading the contents of a voice ROM selectively according to the switching of a function selection switch, and generating a voice. CONSTITUTION:When a changeover switch 4 is operated to hold the Q output of an FF30 at a low level, a stop function is made effective; an A switch 6 is for starting and stopping, a B switch 8 is for resetting, and a C switch 10 is made ineffective. Then, a multiplexer 54 selects a voice ROM52 for a stopwatch, and a prescribed initial address is set in an address counter 62 through a start address ROM58. This counter 62 is stepped with a frequency division output passed through an AND gate 78 opened by an FF76 set with the Q' output of an FF30 to select readout contents of the voice ROM56, and the use states of the switches 8-10 are voiced. Therefore, switching operation corresponding to a desired function is performed easily and securely. |
