PURPOSE:To obtain a composition having balanced and excellent impact resistance, flexibility, heat-resistance, moldability, etc. and uniform and finely dispersed structure, by compounding a polyamide resin with a specific modified polyolefin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 5- 98wt%, preferably 10-95wt% of a polyamide resin with (B) 95-2wt%, preferably 90-5wt% of a modified polyolefin containing 0.001-10mol%, preferably 0.01-5mol%, based on the molar number of the whole constituent components of the polyolefin, of the functional group of formula I and/or formula II (n is 2-10, preferably 2, 3, 4 or 10; R is H or organic group, preferably H, 1-4C alkyl, phenyl or benzyl).
