PURPOSE:To form an amplifier circuit and a feedback circuit into a single body and to obtain an amplifier circuit which is suited to an integrated structure, by amplifying individually the signals having phases opposite to each other and supplying the current having the same phase as the amplified signal to a load via a current inverting circuit. CONSTITUTION:The signal currents having phases opposite to each other are applied to input terminals 20 and 22, and the current corresponding to the signal current flows to transistors TR12 and 14. At the same time, the signal currents applied to the terminals 20 and 22 are turned into the base currents of TRs24 and 26. The currents flowing to the TRs26 and 24 flow to TRs34 and 38 via current inverting circuits 28 and 30. As a result, a current equivalent to the signal current of the TR14 is supplied to the TR34 and then flows to the TR14 from the TR34 via a load 42. While a current equivalent to the signal current of the TR12 flows to the TR38 and then flows to the TR38 from the TR12 via the load 42. Therefore a current having an amplitude double as much as the amplitude of each synthetic current is supplied to the load 42.
