<p>PURPOSE:To measure a temperature with high accuracy even in case when an optical fiber for sensor and a reference optical fiber are affected by temperature, etc., by bundling each optical transmission part of these optical fibers. CONSTITUTION:An optical fiber temperature measuring device has a light source part 10 for generating laser light 100, and a sensor part 12 placed on a part to be measured. A part of the laser light 100 is supplied as a laser light 100a to an optical fiber 22 for sensor. Also, another part of the laser light 100 is supplied as laser light 100b to a reference optical fiber 28. In this case, each optical transmission part of the optical fiber 22 for sensor and the reference optical fiber 28 is bundled, therefore, even in case when these optical fibers are affected by temperature, etc., a temperature can be measured with high accuracy.</p> |
