PURPOSE:To make available the varying of coefficient of overall heat transmission uniformly and simply with excellent reproducibility, by arranging the wall body structure of laboratory wherein the coefficient of overall heat transmission is tested such that the wall body structure is divided into a plurality of layers and a liquid is charged to every one of layers. CONSTITUTION:Cellular members 2a-2d are pinched by a partition board 3, frame bodies 4a-4d, a side plate 5 and a packing 6 and clamped in place by a bolt 7 for forming clearance layers 8a-8d. The clearance layers 8a-8d are provided with channels 9a-9d for filling and draining a liquid, and channels 10a- 10d for venting an air in pouring a liquid and for withdrawing an air in draining the liquid. Thus, the various coefficients of overall heat transmission may be obtained by combining any of clearance layers 8a-8d in their state wherein the liquid is poured or clearances are left as they are.
