PURPOSE:To prevent dust from directly intruding into a liquid level sensing part, by forming an inflow and outflow part of liquid in a side wall connected to a bottommed part of the liquid level sensing part. CONSTITUTION:An inflow and outflow part of liquid is formed in a side wall of a liquid level sensing part. When an automatically stopped motor driven pump is not used, a liquid outflow pipe 6 is hooked to a hooking part 25 provided in an electric control circuit part 2. Under this hooked condition, the bottom end opening part of the liquid level sensing part 8 provided in the liquid outflow pipe 6 is closed. Further the inflow and outflow part 22 of liquid is formed by cutting the side wall of the liquid level sensing part 8, never causing dust to be accumulated on a circular cone 10 by intruding into the liquid level sensing part 8 when the motor driven pump is not used.
