摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a desired charge distribution in a furnace and to stabilize furnace condition by controlling the opening degree of flow regulating gates from the succeeding correction amt. for the opening degree of the flow regulating gates and the required set amt. for the opening degree of the flow regulating gates obtd. from the difference between plural actually measured values and set values. CONSTITUTION:A raw material charger for a bell-less blast furnace charges raw materials from plural top bunkers 1 via a gathering gate 5 and a rotary chute 3 into a furnace body 2 while regulating the discharging speed by means of flow regulating gates 4. The discharging time of the raw materials is determined by a device 11 for measuring the discharging time from the charge quantity obtd. by a mass meter 7 and a pressure gage 8 and the flow of the raw materials detected with an acoustic sensor 9. The correction amt. for the opening degree of the gates 4 in the succeeding charge is determined by a control device 16 from the average value and variance value of the difference between the actually measured value and set value in the past plural charges. On the other hand, the required set amt. of the opening degree for the gates 4 is determined from the feeding-out rate of the raw materials, etc. by a setter 18 and the set value of the opening degree is determined by the device 16 from said set amt. and the above-mentioned correction amt. The opening degree of the gates 4 in the succeeding charge is controlled with a driving device 17 in accordance with the set value.
