PURPOSE:To enable a single room to serve both as a fuel tank and a drain tank and to facilitate disposal of drain, by a method wherein the fuel tank is separated into two chambers of a upper and a lower chamber by means of an elastic film 13. CONSTITUTION:A manually-operated pump 22 is coupled to a grain port 20, and a tube 23, communicated to each fuel can, is connected to an oil feed port 15 to operate the manually-operated pump 22. With the progress of drainage, an elastic film 13 is gradually lowered, and the upper chamber 11 of a tank is increased in a volume. In which case, the upper chamber 11 of the tank is brought to a negative pressure, and thereby the fuel flows in the upper chamber 11 of the tank through the tube 23 and the like. In this case, it is necessary to produce a negative pressure, a shut-off valve, blocking the communication of a drain introducing pipe 17 with a lower chamber 12 of a tank, is located halfway along the introducing pipe 17, and during drainage, the shut-off valve is closed. This enables a single tank to serve both as a fuel tank and a drain tank, and permits facilitation of disposal of the produced drain and also improvement of efficiency. |
