<p>PURPOSE:To enable to control the resistance value by using a carbon resin printed resistor of epoxy resin base and a carbon resin printed resistor of epoxy modified polyimide resin base. CONSTITUTION:A desired conductive path 12 is formed on a hybrid integrated circuit substrate 11. Then, carbon resin printed resistor paste of epoxy resin base is screen printed on part between the conductive paths 12. Then, carbon resin printed resistor paste of epoxy modified polyimide resin base is screen printed on the other part between the paths 12. Subsequently, the both resistor pastes are simultaneously baked. In the baking step, the area resistance value of the former resistor paste decreases as the baking time increases, while substantially constant area resistance value can be obtained by the latter resistor paste irrespective of the baking time. Accordingly, the baking time can be determined only by the area resistance value of the former resistor paste.</p> |
