<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize a light transmitting characteristic and moisture resistant characteristic by plating without gloss for specifying the boundary position of light reflecting resin on the surface of a lead tongue piece, thereby curing the resin in the prescribed shape. CONSTITUTION:Photosemiconductors 3, 3' are respectively placed on the ends of lead tongue pieces 1, 1 disposed near at the ends. A glossless plating 2 is formed on the portion to be contacted with light transmitting resin 5 and light reflecting resin 6 at the ends of the pieces 1, 1. A boundary is formed by surface tension of the resin on the boundary portion of the gloosless plating. In other words, the boundary position of the light reflecting resin 6 is specified. Accordingly, since the resin 6 is not flowed, but cured in the prescribed shape, light transmitting characteristic and moisture resistant characteristic can be stabilized.</p> |
