PURPOSE:To obtain a molded foam incorporated with a skin by forming a soft thermoplastic resin sheet with the sole set of molds without preforming skin material, core material and removing an embossing process carried out on the skin material with the mold. CONSTITUTION:A soft thermoplastic resin sheet 1 is mounted on the flank surface 3 of a bottom force 2 without preforming. Then, a top force 4 is combined with the bottom force 2 to compress said sheet 1 between the forces and to put and fix said sheet 1 between the flank surfaces 3 of the mold. At this time, small spaces 5 occur between the top force 4 and the sheet 1. Thereafter, said top and bottom forces 4, 2 are arranged on an R1M molding machine and resin liquid of multiple compound is injected into the spaces 5. In this case a soft thermoplastic resin sheet 1 is softened by the temperature of the resin liquid, stuck by the injection pressure of the resin liquid close to the inner surface of the bottom force 2 and at the same time incorporated with a core body 6 of hardened resin liquid. |
