PRODUCTION OF HEAT EXCHANGING TUBE PROVIDED INTERNALLY WITH CORROSION-PREVENTIVE PAINTING

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve durability, heat resistance and electrolytic corrosion preventiveness of a paint-coated film by coating uniformly a normally by type resin paint on the inside surface of a heat exchanging tube and drying the samt at an ordinary temp. then subjecting the tube to a heat treatment to bake the paint-coated film on the inside surface. CONSTITUTION:A normally dry type resin paint prepd. by dissolving an org. polymer resin with a suitable solvent is uniformly coated by a method such as spray coating, etc. on the inside surface of a heat exchanging tube having a small bore and a long size. The coated paint is dried at an ordinary temp. to form a corrosion-preventive paint coated film having about 10-30mu film thickness, then the heat exchanging tube is subjected to a heat treatment by charging the same into a heating furnace kept at a prescribed temp. or the like thereby baking the paint-coated film on the inside surface of the tube.
