摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a two-stage hysteresis loop soft magnetic alloy having low coercive force and excellent characteristics by ejecting respectively two kinds of molten amorphous alloys having different coercive forces onto a cooling body and joining these alloys simultaneously with formation of an amorphous alloy thereby forming a composite body. CONSTITUTION:Molten raw materials of the 1st and 2nd amorphous alloys having different coercive forces are respectively ejected onto a cooling body and are quickly cooled at a high speed to form an amorphous alloy and at the same time both metals are joined to form a composite body. The amorphous alloy layer has the compsn. selected from T1-aXa (T is >=1 kind of Fe and Co or a part thereof is substd. with <=70atom% Ni, X is >=1 kind among P, C and B or a part thereof is substd. with <=25% Si and <=10% Al, (a) is 15-35%). The two-stage hysteresis loop soft magnetic alloy having the two-stage type hysteresis characteristic suitable for a storage element, small-sized cross-bar switch, etc. is obtd. by the above-mentioned method.
