PURPOSE:To offer an exhaust device, in which the exhaustion is completed in a short time as well as no shock is generated at the time of establishment of the priming hydropressure, by furnishing a No.2 exhaust pipeline with which the exhaustion is commenced at the same time as No.1 exhaust pipeline to be continued until the exhaustion is completed. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust of upper suck-out pipe 17 is made through No.1 and No.2 exhaust pipelines 20, 27. When the level of water surface rises up to the bottom of a runner 16, charging the runner chamber with water is commenced at the periphery of the runner. When water intrudes in the piping of said exhaust line 20 and the water level has attained a level sensing electrode 21, an automatic valve 22 is closed. When the water attains a level sensing electrode 28 of the abovementioned No.2 exhaust line 27, it is closed to finish exhausting, i.e. water charging. |
