PURPOSE:To make it possible to issue a new bankbook by non-attendance processing method through such an arrangement wherein when a judging means judges that there is a necessity for issuing a new bankbook, it transmits to a central processing unit signals for prohibiting the reception of information to be printed until a new bankbook is set in a printer. CONSTITUTION:When a printer 18 judges that there is no space for printing, it sends a bankbook P to the direction of an inserting slit 13, and when a specified mark 7 is not detected by a detector 28, the detector judges that it is not the last page and opens the next page and inserts the book again. Meantime, it transmits to a central porcessing unit signals for prohibiting the transmission of signal. On one hand, as the detector detects the specified mark 7 of the last page, it sends the book P back and causes a bankbook issuing unit to operate and a new bankbook wherein information from the CPU is printed on the front cover is discharged from a bankbook issuing slit. As the new bankbook is inserted into the bankbook inserting slit 13, the amount of money brought forward and data that are not printed yet are printed. Meantime, signals for prohibiting the transmission of signal are sent out until a new bankbook is set. By this method, it becomes possible to issue a new bankbook by non-attendance processing method when a bankbook is no longer printable. |
