PURPOSE:To present a device for manufacturing a product of thin skin without any loss of time for foaming, with a few molds and in good efficiency by freely reciprocating at least one pair of molds between the 1st and the 2nd station. CONSTITUTION:A core material (a) is set on a top force 2 of the 1st station and a skin b on a bottom force 3. The top force is closed and then foaming resin is injected from an inlet 20. Thereafter, the mold 1 on one side is transferred from the 1st station side to the 2nd station side. At this time, the top force 2 is locked by a locking mechanism 24 at the closing position and not opened even by increased internal pressure due to foaming. On the other hand, the above mold 1 on one side is transferred from the 2nd station to the 1st station to take out the product that was foam molded in the provision at the 2nd station on said side. Above operations are repeated to carry out continuous foam molding. |
