PURPOSE:To prevent the whole device from becoming large-sized by providing a stepped die and plural constraining member that hold a work and enabling constraing and release of the die by short stroke of an oil pressure cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The titled device consists of a die 2 that holds a long-sized hollow work 1, a constraining member 3 that constrains the die, a die holding device 5, a liquid pressure device 11 for constraining and a liquid pressure device 12 for sealing. Plural stepped parts 2b and trough parts 2c are provided alternately in the die 2, and plural constraining members 3 are provided in contact with the stepped parts 2b. Connecting devices 4 are provided between the members 3 and between the members 3 and the liquid pressure device 11 for constraining. By this device, the die is constrained or released by short stroke of the oil pressure cylinder of the device 11, and the whole device is prevented from becoming large-sized.
