METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ASSEMBLING SKIN MATERIAL WITH SKELETAL MATERIAL AND TRANSVERSE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To assemble surely a skin material with skeletal material and a transverse material in a relatively narrow space for assembling by upsetting a holder on a stage for carrying in and out and bringing the skin material with skelertal materials set on the holder into tight contact with the transverse material having many notches on the assembling stage adjacent to said stage. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 19 with skeletral materials attached with many skeletal materials 18 on the top surface side of a skin material 17 is set on a holder 12 existing in the down position of a stage 1 for carrying in and out. A driving device 5 for lifting is then operated to rise a girder 3 and to rise the material 19 with a carriage 6 and the holder 12, etc. A rotation driving device 11 is then operated to upset the holder 12 along the virtual line (b) to positon the material 19 in such a way that the materials 18 thereof face downward. The carriage 6 is run toward an assembling stage 2 side and the material 19 is carried together with the holder 12 into the stage 2 as shown by the virtual line (c). The device 5 is operated to descend the girder 3 and to fit the materials 18 to notches 20 as shown by the virtual line (d) thereby bringing a transverse material 21 and the skin material 17 into tight contact with each other and assembling both materials.
